The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency

The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency is on BBC1 at 9pm tonight. It's the last programme directed by the late Anthony Minghella. I haven't read the books ( a series of eight novels by Alexander McCall Smith but I've heard good things about them and the show looks like it will be worth watching, especially since it was shot entirely on location in Botswana.

I was reading an article in the latest issue of the BBC magazine, RadioTimes and was pleased to see they have provided a link to download the story, The Daddy from The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency audio book for FREE!
